GOWANUS — Following its recent acquisition by entertainment giant Live Nation, the Bell House announced today that it plans to implement a mandatory “Chuckle Fee” on all tickets for comedy shows. The $15 surcharge, which comes on top of existing ticket prices, convenience fees, and facility charges, will be applied to each instance of audible laughter during performances.
