DataMinr company leadership is scrambling after Slack conversations about in-person teamwork turned into labor organizing.
“We want our colleagues to work together but not like this,” said one anonymous executive. Recently, CEO Horace Johnson announced a full return-to-office policy in hopes of increased productivity and collaboration.
“Of course, we support our workers’ rights to unionize,” the executive quickly added.
